This depends on various factors, including your physical health and your experience with exercising.

But it also means you are motivated and will remain motivated to maintain a more active lifestyle. In the course of your visits to the lifestyle consultant and the physiotherapist, you will have found out which exercise activities suit you the best. The lifestyle consultant will then have looked for any suitable activities being organised in your neighbourhood. Examples are walking or cycling groups, a local gym, a swimming club, a sports club or an exercise programme organised by the local council. In addition to these kinds of activities, household chores or hobbies such as gardening can also become part of a more active lifestyle.
